A collection of tributes were received in honour of Aditya from across the world, showcasing the innumerable number of lives he touched; from family and friends to acquaintances and respected voices in the conservation sector.
ADITYA DICKY SINGH
Who can believe that larger than life Aditya Dicky Singh is no more. Ranthambhore will miss him like no other….he loved every inch of Ranthambhore and was a great fighter for it. He said what he felt and never compromised with the truth. He was one of the finest wildlife photographers I have ever known and all my books of the last two decades were strengthened by his brilliant photographs. I know few who were so generous with their photographs and always willing to help. He was loved locally by all the hundreds that make up the team of guides..drivers and forest staff. I will never forget his sense of humor and laughter and so much more that made him a superb pillar of conservation on which Ranthambhore could rest.
Dicky as he liked to be called is gone and will be sorely missed…missed by one and all and all the tigers and wildlife of Ranthambhore especially.
We were shocked and heartbroken to hear about Dicky! We feel like part of our family was taken away!
We feel so privileged to have had the time with hime and all your family and deep pain on the unimaginable loss
Please accept our deepest condolences and a loving hug!
If there is anything we can do….we are always available regardless of the distance

Hey Poonam so sorry to hear about dear Dicky. After all these years I met him
Are NIF and we had a long conversation. You were lucky to have such a lovely person as a partner. My deepest condolences. You take care.
Dear Poonam and Nyra!
May I express our deep and heartfelt condolences on the death of your beloved husband and Dad.
We are shocked and deeply devastated by his sudden death and found out about it this morning. Gurjar Ram Singh had informed me about it.
We are with you in all our sympathy and deep sadness. May God help you and give you strength!
The loss is immeasurable for you but also for all his whole family and friends, nature photographers, conservationists and for nature conservation in general.
Aditya‘s name and his work are firmly and indelibly linked with Ranthambhore, its tigers, the entire nature and the people there. This should give you comfort and a lot of confidence for the future!
In deep sadness and mourning!

Dear Poonam, I’m very sad to know about the untimely passing of Aditya sir. I worked on the One for Change films with Akanksha and I remember being in awe of you and your husband, and the work you have done in Ranthambore. The simplicity and warmth that came across has stayed with me. I hope the universe gives you and your daughter strength to get through this loss.
Dear Poonam. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for this tragic and shocking loss. Dicky has always been such a light and power and I have no words to express my feelings. I haven’t seen him many years but the small group we are from BMS lived on in chats and posts.
I pray for you to get the strength through this and be there for young Nyra.
Heartfelt condolences to you and Nyra dear Poonam … it’s impossible to condone such a colossal loss with mere words …
We haven’t been in direct touch but I’ve followed Dicky and your commendable journey through the years …
He seemed to be a man of high ideals and humanity as also talented and someone who followed his heart …
May God give you fortitude and strength …
With much love 🤗
Poonam, I am just stunned and shocked at your sad news. Words will never be enough at a time like this. I am sending you strength and love during this tragic time to you and your daughter. My sincere sympathies.
