A collection of tributes were received in honour of Aditya from across the world, showcasing the innumerable number of lives he touched; from family and friends to acquaintances and respected voices in the conservation sector.
I just heard the sad news that Dicky has passed. both Annie and I wanted to express our condolences and to let you know we are thinking of you at this time. Sending you so much strength.
I have many many very fond memories of times spent with all of you, and Dicky’s presence was always a joy, in fact one of my first memories of India was showing up at some place in GK with Laura before the art fair, must have been 2011 I think we had just landed and come straight to meet you, Dicky’s beaming face keen to welcome me as though I was already an old friend. He instantly made me feel like I was at home. And the many years since then of visiting you at Ranthambore or seeing you in Delhi, I will not forget Dicky’s kind and welcoming generous spirit, he was always such a great presence. it was a pleasure to sit down next to him.
It must be a very hard time for you, and there is hole that can’t be filled he was a great man, And I am just so so sorry.

Hi Poonam, so very very sorry to hear about Dicky, an absolute legend as I’m sure half the world will be reminding you right now, so many good memories, a bright light that’s gone out, wishing you much strength and love,
I am deeply upset to hear about Dicky. I know you probably won’t see this but I have never had such a spiritual feeling than when we stayed with you and made the film Tiger Tiger.
I am so so sorry to hear the news, it is shocking. Masses of love and hugs to you and Nyra. He was the best. He was a lovely lovely man and we (Donna, Kev and I) will never forget him and his wisdom. Im sorry to write here. I am deeply upset. All my love to you X
